Holiday Feature #6 - Shine On Stained Glass + Giveaway

Shine On Stained Glass is the workings of independent glass artist, Maygen Lacey. Shine on Stained Glass takes pride in the wide variety of colors, textures and transparencies of glass utilized in it's carefully handcrafted and entirely unique creations. Specializing in finding the balance between translucent glass and reflective glass and mirror, Shine On Stained Glass creates both mosaic and leaded glass art including mirrors, sunlight enhancers, window panels, picture frames, lamps, candle holders, glass bubble magnet sets and many other household items. The idea behind my work is this: I've found that life is more enjoyable when you let the light in, so go ahead and shine on...

Each Shine On Stained Glass magnet set includes circular gemed magnets or star shaped gem.

The colors are all so vibrant and when touched by the light they are incredibly shiny.

These adorable magnet sets are super afforable and would make the perfect gift for teachers, hair stylists, secret santa gifts or stocking stuffers. Also, perfect for hostess gifts, showers, housewarming gifts, birthdays...or even yourself!

They come neatly arranged and packaged in a clear tin, so they are ready to give or to receive.

I was lucky enough to receive these lovely sparkly red magnets from Maygen at Shine on Stained Glass.

My daughters love them as much as I do and are using them to hang up their fun holiday projects. I especially like the strong magnet attached to each gem - they can hold those special projects that are a bit heavier (due to my kids' love to use a LOT of glue).

I was so happy to get rid of the multitude of 'advertisement' magnets that we've collected over the years that have cluttered my refigerator. The Shine On Stained Glass magnets add some style and shiny color to our kitchen. The red is a great compliment to all my holiday decor.

Shine on Stained Glass offers an array of items, not just magnets.

There is nothing better than a shiny star hanging from your window during the holidays.

Maygen sent me a beautiful shiny green twinkly star and I have it hanging on my Christmas tree, placed so that a light hits it giving it the special green glow.
It's beautiful!! I like how I can place in a variety of different places (on the window, on the tree, ect.) and it looks different in each spot.
Just like the magnets, these lovely twinly stars are very affordable and would make a very nice holiday gift.

Other items featured at Shine On Stained Glass on Etsy are these gorgeous outlet plates.
It gives you another way to bring that extra 'touch' of holiday to any room of your home.
This glass panel would look nice hanging in your window or on your wall.

Maygen at Shine On Stained Glass can custom make these panels to the color and size of your liking. It comes with a stainless steal chain on both sides for easy hanging.

Add a fun touch to any room in your home with these lovely candle holders.
They glow bright and beautiful with the candle inside.
