I have a confession to make - I have had four engagement rings ... all from my sweet husband, Don. Yep, four of em' cause I've lost two of the little buggers, and the third is too little (have no idea how that happened!)
But each and every one of them were given to me with love and affection, and I am much more careful these days...I promise!
This leads in to today's review of Cathy Maxwell's most excellent novel, "The Marriage Ring".
She was known as the Scottish Song Bird, a talented singer who was sought after by many, but to Richard Lynsted, Grace MacEachin was a thorn in his family’s side that needed to be removed. But the truth is a funny thing, and when Grace discovers the real story behind her father’s imprisonment, her life would turn upside down. Could Richard’s love be enough to keep their relationship from unraveling?
