Magnolia Twist is owned and operated by 2 Mom's, Kim and Laura. They each have 3 kids under the age of 6, so they thought - hey, let's stary a children's clothing company!! They live in a part of Seattle called "Magnolia" and perhaps the thought of taking on the venture of this business all while raising children may sound a little "twisted" - this is where the got the name for their adorable shop. My favorite thing about this shop is that not only do they have the sweetest twirl skirts for little girls, they make the most beautiful skirts for women, too. So, not only are they thinking of our kiddos, they are thinking of us, too. I love it and you will too. Alexa received the coolest little twirl skirt from Kim and Laura at Magnolia Twist. 
It's 7 panels of the most adorable fabrics sewn together to make the twirliest of twirl skirts. This skirt has been a favorite of Alexa's since it arrived in the mail becuase it has the most spin. I don't know what it is about little girls and twirl skirts, but I can remember as a little girl loving to spin and twirl, too. The bigger the twirl the better. 
The fabrics chosen for this skirt are super duper cute, my favorite being the Dr. Seuss Book title fabric. I will admit that I would have never thought of putting a black and white material with words on it among all these shades of pink and pretty patterns, but it totally works. 
There is an elastic waistband for comfort and availability to fit a variety of sizes. This skirt is cute for the summer or winter paired with some cute leggings and a sweater.
