I have recently become a huge fan of Freschetta Pizza. It's super tasty, the ingredients are fresh and now it comes in a 'by the slice' option!!I bring a lunch to work every day and let me tell you, sandwiches and leftovers get pretty boring quickly. But, Freschetta Pizza by the Slice is such a nice and easy lunch to take every once in awhile to spice things up a bit. 
Yesterday I brought the chicken, spinach and mushroom pizza slice for lunch. My co-workers were jealous just by the smell alone. It was super quick and easy to heat in the microwave (and maybe it's just my microwave), but it took less than the recommened 4 mins to heat. 
The portion size was perfect for me for lunch. I added an orange on the side and I was completely full. It really can't get any easier and tastier than Freschetta! The crust was in every way 'perfect' for how I like it ~ crunchy around the edges and not too thick. There are plenty other flavor varieties as well, BBQ Recipe Chicken, Six Cheese Medley and Vegetable Medley. Freschetta sent me this amazing 12 pc lock-top set and it's quickly become the favorite storage set in my kitchen. We have strawberries in one container, carrots in another and grapes in another. They have the easy peasy lock-top lids that make them tightly secured for amazing freshness. My strawberries have lasted days longer than normal thanks to these nifty storage containers.
