A few nights ago I asked the hubs to bring the big pink tote of the girls' old spring/summer clothes upstairs for me to go through. You know, to see what fits and what doesn't and what they'll need for the upcoming season. I have to admit, it was pretty fun looking at all their fun dresses and summer clothes. It's getting me super excited for some warmer weather.
However, Alexa was quite a bit disappointed to realize how much she has grown over the winter. She tried on all her old clothes and nothing seemed to fit. She had a sad, pouty face when she had to hand them down to Lillian.
Lillian, of course, was loving every minute of it. I mean, who woulnd't love a whole new wardrobe? hehe 
Adam had a park and rec meeting last night. While he was gone, our neighbor Brad stopped over ~ he said to send Adam over as soon as he got home.About an hour and a half later, this is what we found in our back yard!!
THANK YOU, BRAD!!Alexa and Lillian were overjoyed, as you can imagine. Thanks to all the big strong guys in our neighborhood for helping carry it over. (it was super funny watching 6 guys carry that thing on their backs down the street.)
It needs a new tarp for the canopy on top, the slide needs to be attached. We need a few new nuts, bolts and screws and maybe some new chains for the swings, but I can already envision the hours upon hours of use it will be getting this summer. :)
