Cased Eiffel Tower

Several weeks ago, I came across this beautiful red/black Eiffel Tower card  that was created by Teneale Williams for the Case Study 23 challenge.  It was love at first sight!  I knew it was the perfect inspiration for when my creative brain needed a little lift.  Today was the day!
I created my card using the same layout, but added my own little twist. I knew that I wanted to use the colors of Black/White/Coral from this weeks Outlawz color challenge.  I used a Nesties die for the background panel which I embossed with the CB Textile Texture EF.  I stamped the Memory Box Eiffel Tower with black ink onto the backside of a piece of Bo Bunny Double Dot cardstock and cut it out with my Petite Oval Nestie die. I created the frame with two Petite Oval dies and then ran it through the CB with the same embossing folder.  Instead of using a big, beautiful bow like Teneale did, I added a spray of flowers to the bottom.  You can't really tell in the picture of my card, but I covered the tower panel with a coat of Versamark Champagne Dazzle ink and two layers of clear embossing powder.  The whole image has a beautiful sparkle to it.  I finished off the card with some little layered butterflies from a Martha Stewart punch.  If you get a chance, please pop by Teneale's blog and check out her amazing work.  You are sure to be inspired too!
