Book Blog Tour - The Crazy Daze of Motherhood by Jane Isfeld Still

Today, I'm tickled to death to host a book blog tour stop for Jane Isfeld Still, author of "The Crazy Daze of Motherhood."

Mothers all over the world, young, old, new, or already grandmothers, should have a copy of this small, but absolutely delightful book!

Jane Isfled Still tells it like it is, or like it was, as she raised a houseful of children and maintained a semi-good grip on her sanity, in this book of essays.  And any woman who has survived raising six children (born in 8 years) has my total admiration!

Jane covers topics such as why children are so fascinated with bathrooms, the perils of spiral perms, why the bathroom plunger is never where it is supposed to be, how to moms typically handle medical problems (are you bleeding?) and probably most importantly, why husbands never seem to understand when an "emergency" is AN EMERGENCY - especially is one of the forementioned six children have locked themselves in said bathroom!  (Bathrooms figure prominently in Jane's life!)

With a lively, quirky sense of humor, Jane captures on these pages what every mom secretly thinks and wonders. Only Jane is brave enough to actually point it out in print!

Having four kids myself, I found myself laughing out loud at some of Jane's stories, and nodding my head in agreement and sympathy with a fellow mother of a large brood!  But whether you have six kids or just one, every mother will find something in common among these charming, down-to-earth tales.

"The Crazy Daze of Motherhood" would be a perfect little gift for anyone's mom, or just to have on hand when you need a chuckle or two yourself!
