I've been wanting to make something with this little cutie from Angela for a while and then I saw this card sketch at scrapsketch and thought it would be perfect. It didn't turn out quite like I had envisioned but it was fun anyway. If you click on the image you can see that she has lots of glitz.....her necklace is SU diamond glitter and the hat brim is pink fun flock and the rest of the hat is covered with shimmerz.
