FEELIN BETTER!!
Silly Sisters!!Lillian had a great day with her Uncle Benski yesterday. She was able to get the extra rest she needed to get her healthy enough to go back to school today. She took a good 2 hour or so nap, which seems to be her best medicine. She fell asleep again at 7:30 and seemed a little restless last night, but still was able to get some good rest. She hasn't had a fever since Sunday night and continues to drink lots and lots of fluids. We've been giving her Nebulizer treatments with the albuterol, but last night was a set back as Chip had chewed a hole in the tube, causing all the medicine to spray all over the place rather than into Lillian's mouth. Adam was on the phone right away this morning, tho, ordering her a new one, which should be here tomorrow or Friday at the latest.
I made tacos last night for Uncle Benski, thanking him for spending the day with our sick baby, allowing her another day of rest. Delicious! The girls took a tub, we danced to music and then Lilli was off to bed again. She could hardly keep her eyes open. She must really just need to sleep off this sickness. I tried to put Alexa to bed at the same time, but she wasn't having that. She just wasn't tired enough yet, so I let her watch Dancing with the Stars with us.
Adam has the day off today, for Veteran's Day. I'm jealous! He is at home doing stuff around the house and hanging out with Chip. I asked what exactly he was doing, and he just said, "stuff". So, I don't know exactly what that means. But, I have a few assumptions.
