More News on the House...

Adam and I just heard from our realtor, Vic. He said things have moved on to the "final" stages of this long process we've been going through. The banks BPO was submitted and either came in at or less than the original BPO because they are not asking for more money, which is a VERY good thing.

It is now in the hands of the final and official decision maker and we're hoping and praying we have an answer this week. Vic said things start to move a bit quicker during these final stages, so we are holding on to that and continue to keep our fingers crossed that we'll have our answer by the end of the week.

It's been such a long journey waiting this process out, but we're still keeping optimistic that we'll be moving in to our new house, June 3rd.

However, we do have to stay realistic and know that things with this house could fall through. We're keeping our eyes open for other opportunities and may have to get back out there and start looking again this weekend.
