Ragadoodle Review & Custom "Initial" Tote Bag Giveaway

Probably the most favorite thing of mine is "personalized" items. Anything you can put a name on and call it yours is a must for me. This is why I am so in love with this amazing Etsy shop called Ragadoodle. Well, the name is pretty fun to say, too. hehe

Paula is the amazing woman behind all this fabulousness. She is Mommy to 2 little girls and in the process of adopting a little boy from Russia. You should know that ALL proceeds from Ragadoodle are going towards bringing their little boy home. Every little bit helps.

It's for certain that you will find something extra special among the totes, tees and towels for those extra special people in your life. Paula sent these sweet little Initial Tote bags here to my little girls, Alexa and Lillian.

She takes the time to get to know each child in a way to make their bag to all their likes.

Alexa loves the color purple and soccer. Voila - check out that bag! It's screams - ALEXA!!

Lillian loves the color pink and owls - Bam! - there it is. Paula completely hit the nail on the head when it came to designing these Ragadoodle tote bags for my girls. They are perfect. The initial appliques are perfectly stitched and the flower pins are removable, so you can either wear them on a jacket or attach them to another accessory.

I especially love these little totes because the are the perfect size. They aren't too big to wear the girls can't carry them on their own and they aren't too small where their neccessities won't fit. They are perfect to carry books, color books, a few toys, their blankies and anything else the "need" to carry around. They are the perfect bag to bring to Grandma and Grandpa's or even for an overnight sleepover at a friends. Ragadoodle's totes measures 13x13.5 and come in a variety of different colors and designs. Here are a few examples of some of the removable pins to attach to your personalized tote. Wouldn't these totes be a perfect party favor for your little girls Birthday? It would be a sweet little gift for her friends to carry their goodies home in. I love this camo bag, too!
Paula at Ragadoodle doesn't just personalize totes - she has quite a selection of items listed in her shop. Isn't this beach/bath towel the cutest?
...and this pillowcase - I LOVE IT!
Kids love to show off how old they are - what a great gift idea, huh?

Holiday Feature #9 - Something Cute - Crayon Bags

My name is Emily Studemann. I live in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and started making bags about 3 years ago as a way to create the 'perfect diaper bag'. I then started making smaller bags to be handbags at the request of my family who all wanted one. This past summer I brought my bags to a few craft shows to get some exposure. I am a stay at home Mom who has turned a hobby into something a little more. My business is called Something Cute. Making the crayon bags is something fun for my boys as the get to put the crayons and books in them (which explains why there is sometimes more than one certain color crayon in the bag...lol).

If you have children, these crayon bags are a MUST have item. They are super handy when it comes to squirmy kids in church, waiting for food at a restaurant, long car rides, ect.

Emily at Something Cute can make make them in girly colors or those fitted for a boy.

Each bag comes equipped with the color crayons and a color book inside.

The crayon bags are convenient in that it holds the essentials needed to occupy your little one in a time of need. There is room inside the bag for not only the coloring book, but also a snack, a tippy cup and even a few small toys.

Another neccessity for Mom's with babies, is of course, a diaper bag.

Emily makes the most adorable diaper bags that would make a fantastic baby shower gift for that new Mommy in your life.

These diaper bags measure 13"wide, 11" high and 5" deep.

The sides can be untied to give it even more room.

The inside of the diape bag contains 6 pockets - giving you the organization that we all need. Let's face it, our diaper bags become our purses most of the time.

But, if you're one of those Mom's who likes to seperate her purse from her diaper bag, Emily has these cute little numbers for you! There are so many featured on her Facebook site, that I had trouble picking my favorites.

Each style and fabric pattern is very unique.

She has a wide variety to choose from.

There are 6 pockets in the inside as well, to organize all the goodies we ladies 'must' carry with us everywhere. :)

Again, several styles to choose from. Some have little bead accessories and others have a cute button latch.

The larger tote bags are also nice for the longer outings when you need to carry around more things.

They are very roomy inside and feature lots of pockets for cellphones, wallets, makeup, you name it.

for more styles and options.

Leave Emily a comment telling her Dawn from Mom-a-Logues sent you!
