CONGRATULATIONS
TYLER AND JORDAN!!!

Jordan & Tyler
This weekend we had the oppertunity to watch these 2 amazing little guys (ok, they aren't so little - they're 10) play in the All Star Tournament in Farmington.
They play on a traveling baseball league during the summer and at the end of the season, 3 players from each team are chosen to play in the All Star League. Jordan and Tyler were both chosen. How cool is that?? BFF's!!
Jordan, Adam and Tyler
Adam and I have been talking about wanting to go watch one of their games all summer and it just never happened. So, Saturday morning I got the girls up, dressed and fed and we went to watch their 1st game of the tournament. I really wanted to watch them play, but have to admit, I was mainly feeling guilty for not making it to one of their games all summer. And they play a ton...I mean A TON of games!!
Little did I know how much I would fall in love watching these little (I mean, big) 10 year olds play ball. It was so intense, I couldn't sit still. It was like each and every one of them were my own and I wanted them all to do well. Maybe it's the Mother in me, but I would literally hold my breath when Tyler and Jordan were up to bat. My feet would tap on the bleachers in a nervous beat, my hands would sweat and my blood pressure went through the roof. The ump's would make bad calls and I'd get upset. I would jump and scream when Tyler caught the ball or tagged a guy out. I would clap til it hurt when Jordan pitched a strike.
We went and ate pizza at the pizzeria with Tyler and Jordan's families.
It was so awesome to be a part of the boys' excitement and fun!

We could not be more happy and proud of them.
It's so great to know these boys are apart of our awesome neighborhood, being such great role models to the other children (including my own) in the community!
Their superb sportsmanship and hard work and dedication is something to celebrate and be proud of.
