AND...from the trenches of house selling...

Josh and I are literally (this) close to taking our house off the market in order to purchase a large piece of property in which we (HOPE) to build our dream home at some point. And, as fate would have it..we have a showing today.

Wonder if fate is cruel enough to give us an offer at this point in the process? We shall see....
