Highlights from the weekend...
1.) Seeing my Mom and Dad
2.) Nearly finishing the remodeling project in my room.
3.) Underneath the carpet was wood laminate that we were thrilled to find, but, under that was even better - the original hardwood flooring in excellet condition.
4.) The color we chose for the walls - Lovely Lily
5.) Making the room look Shabby Chic - I've always wanted to have a Shabby Chic room! :)6.) My Mom and Dad BOTH loved it!
7.) We didn't quite finish the project which means we'll get to work on it some more the next time we're home. Still to do - paint the white baseboards and the ceiling, wallpaper the paneling and then paint over the wallpaper, make curtains, decorate the walls.
8.) Thank you Adam - for doing ALL the work - even tho Mom and Dad helped with the wallpaper removal and I helped clean it up and move all the furniture back in the room. But, you did it ALL! :)9.) Going to the Grant County Expo.
10.) Getting FREE bike helmets!
11.) Seeing my friend Amanda and her Mom at her photography booth.
12.) Hearing some great news - that I have to keep a secret (for a little while).
13.) Free hotdogs, nachos and muffins!
14.) Visiting Dad out at the golf course
15.) Watching Lilllian try to putt.
16.) Teaching Alexa how to golf. She did pretty well.
17.) Seeing my brother Tiny!!! :)
18.) Going to the Morris Prom.
19.) Meeting Courtney's awesome family!
20.) Watching the cutest couple in the world in the Grand March.
21.) Seeing how HAPPY Tiny is.
22.) Alexa losing her first tooth!
23.) Seeing a hot air balloon on our way home.
24.) Seeing the excitement on Alexa's face when the tooth fairy left her $10 for her tooth.
25.) Seeing Alexa smile with a missing tooth
26.) This adorable smile on Lilli's face. (She thinks she has a loose tooth, too!)

28.) Taking Chip for a morning walk on a beautiful day back from a fabulous weekend.
