Another House Update...

We received another update on the house from Vic.

The mortgage negotiator said that the short sale is fine, they have no problem with the sale price or any part of the purchase agreement. (Which I'm guessing means, on our end everything has been approved) However, they are waiting to see whether or not they are going to let the seller's off scott free or try to collect some money from them to put towards closing costs. There is an investor that has the final word and we are hoping to have our answer by tomorrow, but are not promised that.

We're being encouraged to hang in there, this process is SOON to be over.
I know we have half the country crossing their fingers for us right now, so a HUGE THANK YOU for that!!
