but I am better now. As most of you know, I have been stamping and crafting for along time and I love, love, love this hobby and the friends/people that I have met and gotten to know. I think stampers are some of the kindest people I have met. With that said, I placed and order with a company that I really love and immediately realized that I made a mistake and e-mailed them. This is where the deal went south...........keep in mind, I did make a mistake and did not read a policy thoroughly. After several days, this is part of the final response I got:
"I am very sorry that you are disappointed but we must maintain our policies. We do bend over backwards to help our customers when we can but we cannot do anything once the order has been processed. Please understand that during release time we have so many orders to pack and we do our very best to ship them out as quickly as possible. I have to interject that our delayed shipping time (which is only during the release) is a lot less than the regular shipping time of many other companies and they generally charge for shipping.
With all of that said, unfortunately what we cannot do is spend hours looking for your package so that we can cancel your order because you agreed to Terms & Conditions that you didn't read. I truly don't mean to sound ungrateful for your business but I strongly feel that many customers are ungrateful for all of our efforts. When we don't break the rules for someone we are punished. It seems spectacularily unfair. I don't like to dwell on anything negative as it only brings more negativity, so please accept my wishes for your success and happiness in all your future endeavors."
So, this is what ruffled my panties and caused me to loose the old mojo. I guess I was a bit surprised at the sassiness of their reply. I am better now and ready to start stamping and sharing again.
hugs to all,
